Leigh has built his career on delivering technology solutions to business problems across many sectors at local and multi-national level. He is also meticulous about the end user experience, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through well-crafted systems and supported by exceptional customer service.

Prior to co-founding EWG, Leigh specialised in systems integration from both a development and project management perspective. Leigh brings both broad and deep understanding of the global payments eco-systems, and art of banking systems integration.

Leigh’s rich experience and passion for bringing outstanding value to customers, combined with 5-star customer service, ensures he is well placed to oversee the ongoing business operations within EWG and to support the global sales and client success teams in his role as Operations Director.

Outside EWG, Leigh takes pleasure in family life, travel, sports and generally enjoying life.
