When did you start working with EWG?
I first started to work with EWG about eight years ago.

What prompted you to establish the relationship?
They are a client of Fairway so we already had a relationship.

Yes, they are one of our preferred partners.

What are the benefits to you and your clients of using EWG?
Absolute ease of use of their platform and their fast account opening times.  They can generally open an account within seven days, upon receipt of documents, where the majority of banks take at least six weeks.

What do your clients like most?
As above the speed they can open accounts and the great FX rates offered.

What do your team like most?
Easy to get hold of and always available for a call. You truly appreciate a partner when something goes wrong and you can speak to someone who can help almost immediately.

What aspect of the service/platform do you value most? What element of the tech is most valuable/useful to your business?
The ease of use of the platform is second to none.

Was the power of the tech/client platform surprising?
Yes and no. The guys behind EWG fully understand our industry’s requirements and listen to what we need and want. Yes the platform exceeds expectation but I would expect nothing less from the team.
